There's certainly a LOT of software out there, and — with web applications — the number is literally in the millions.
We obviously haven't used all of them, but we are familiar with many — from Microsoft Office® and Visual Studio® to freeware equivalents like OpenOffice and Notepad++ (and innumerable other open source programs).
More important is our experience with many languages, technologies, and concepts — independent of any specific IDE — which enables us to adapt to any development environment when necessity dictates. If your project requires specific software with which we are unfamiliar, don't fear; we'll learn it quickly!
