One-time Projects

We can — and are happy to — do one-time projects for you, and our standard charge for all services is $50 per hour. Depending on the scope of the project(s), we may ask for a down payment of up to half, with balance due upon completion.

Retainers

We can also — and prefer to — be your 'help in a bottle', and we offer several other tiers of rate options if you retain our services monthly. Consider the expense of searching for, hiring, and paying a full or part-time employee. Then of course there are taxes, and if you offer sick days, vacation, benefits... It gets costly fast, and nobody's even worked yet!

Instead, let us reserve our time for you. You get our services at a lower rate, so it costs even less in comparison to hiring an individual (or team) — allowing you and us to better budget our resources.

Retainers are setup for one year and can be billed at once or monthly. Any additional work beyond reserved hours or projects not covered under retainers will be billed as one-time projects (see above), though at the reserved rate.

10 hrs	$40/hr	$400/mo	20% savings
15 hrs	$35/hr	$525/mo	30% savings
20 hrs	$30/hr	$600/mo	40% savings
25 hrs	$25/hr	$625/mo	50% savings

Calculations of savings are based on standard hourly rates and are only a minimum. Hours worked in addition to retainer time will be billed at the reserved rate, so potential for savings increases exponentially when reserving more hours.

Long Term Projects

We welcome long-term and enterprise development and will negotiate terms of sponsorship for large scale projects.
